- Smart Badge Technology: Our digital briefcase feature reduces paper waste by minimizing the need for printed materials and business cards.
- Eco-Friendly Transportation: We encourage attendees to use public transport by providing travel information in advance, helping to reduce car travel to the event.
- Recycling Event Graphics: We collaborate with contractors who have recycling plans for event signage.
- We have increased the use of digital solutions to minimize printed materials.
- Reducing Plastic Waste: We are partnering with a local recycling company to ensure paper rolls are recycled instead of going to landfill.
- Carpet Recycling Program: Our suppliers use an innovative process to extend the lifespan of event carpets. After the show, carpets are cleaned, reprocessed, and reused for future events. Any non-reusable pieces are repurposed as rugs or donated to charities, shelters, and community organizations.
